Arthur Wheeler Signature - Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished w/Toasted Staves

The Arthur Wheeler Spirits Company is a Maryland-based distillery that produces an award-winning portfolio of whiskeys, rum, and agave spirits. Our Signature is straight bourbon whiskey finished with toasted American white oak staves, expertly blended to showcase the finest ingredients. A blend of 5.5 and mostly over 7 year old bourbon is finished for the last 6 week of the aging process with a precision toast American White Oaks staves to  enhance structure and complexity. Features a caramel and vanilla on the nose and palette and a deep, complex finish.

Tasting Notes

A gentle waft of caramel and vanilla on the nose lead to a complex richness of aromas. The subtle sweetness of vanilla and caramel emerge again on the palette again before finishing with a deep and complex of warm spices.
