With a unique mash-bill of 36% Rye, 4% Malted Barley, and 60% corn, this amazing expression of how the high rye content balances with the corn sweetness with extra aging. Aged in a damp humid area of the warehouse, Americana ages more like scotch with the final cask proof of 103.5 due to alcohol evaporation in the humid environment. It is bottle at 101 proof, with just a touch of water added.
