When we tasted our aging Agave straight from the barrel for the first time after 3 months, we knew we had to bottle some just like that - straight out of the barrel. Uncut & non-chill filtered, this expression is full proof Agave at its finest. This additive-free spirit is made from 100% blue Weber agave, then aged for 3-6 months in Maryland-style rye whiskey barrels.
Tasting Notes
The rich, earthy sweetness of vanilla intertwines with the complex, warm and spice cake undertones of the rye barrel. A completely unique & harmonious agave spirit of remarkable complexity and sophistication.
